At our park, every day we work to improve the level of care and preparation so that all staff, children and their families, and friends can have a safe and enjoyable experience. For your child’s safety please follow the rules of our park facilities.

We ask visitors to please refrain from bringing into the park:

※We ask that you refrain from bringing into the park any alcohol products, dangerous items or firearms.
※Please smoke in areas where ashtrays are provided.
※Some park facilities may be discontinued or closed due to inclement weather conditions.
Please check weather conditions before arriving. Put your mind at ease.
If you get separated from your child,
please come to the information counter next to the entrance.
We will assist in re-uniting you with your child through in-park broadcast announcements.
※Before coming to the park, please take note and remember the color of your child’s clothing, etc.
If you become injured or feel unwell
immediately come to the emergency room near the park entrance.
If your situation or medical condition is serious, we will arrange to send you to a hospital.
Lost – Left behind personal items
If you have lost or left behind any personal items, please come to the information desk.
If after returning home you discover that you have lost or left a personal item behind, please call us at the number below.

Nursing Room – Diaper Change
There are nursing rooms and diaper change areas in two places on the 2nd floor of Asobing Village next to the store near the park entrance.
※ We also have hot water prepared for nursing.
Toilets for Wheelchair Users
There are three toilets for wheelchair users next to the entrance, near the Asobing Village, and at the subcenter.
Stroller Rental
Rent strollers at the information desk located immediately after entering the park.
【Fee charge】whole day: 100 yen
※ Advance reservations are not accepted.
※ Please note, the number of strollers is limited
※ Limited to children under 2 years old
Wheelchair rental
Wheelchairs can be rented free of charge at the information desk immediately after entering the park.
Other rental equipment includes:
・Tug of war rope [40m / 20m] (for groups)
・Loudspeakers (for groups)
・Dodgeballs
・Soccerballs
Free rental at the information desk at the park entrance.
